Ian's Natural Foods is a brand of entrees that has many gluten and allergen free specialty foods, including gluten-free chicken nuggets, pizza kits and bread crumbs.
While I'm not a big buyer of ready prepared meals, I do admit that it can be quick and easy alternative when you just don't have time or are just plain tired.
Case in point: a recent dinner of Ian's chicken nuggets, cooked on the oven setting of the toaster oven for that golden look, with a side of sauteed, lightly salted and peppered green beans.
