Here is a recent breakfast I had. I usually try and be balanced and have a little of everything, mainly a healthy protein and some kind of fruit or fiber source.
For this breakfast I had an egg over easy on half a toasted Food for Life gluten-free english muffin. On the side I had a few strips of roasted eggplant from dinner the night before.
I usually get a fork and pop the yolk so it runs into the bread and it isn't too dry.
For a drink I felt like an energizing power smoothie. I blended watermelon + papaya + 1 banana + 1 tsp of spirulina powder (where the super green color comes from) and a splash of fruit juice with a squeeze of lime.
